New Bridge Reorganization Corp. (Pink Sheets:NBRP) announced today that on October 30, 2002, the United States Bankruptcy Court processed the final order under the Plan of Reorganization and ordered the Chapter 11 proceedings to be closed, effective September 26, 2002.
Under the provisions of the Plan, New Bridge Products, Inc. changed its name to New Bridge Reorganization Corp.
