VOLVO ANNOUNCES NORTH AMERICAN ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES
NEW YORK, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Volvo North America Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sweden's AB Volvo (NASDAQ: VOLVY), announced organizational and management changes effective Jan. 1, 1991.
Volvo's ongoing organizational development, marked most recently by the establishment of a headquarters function in New York last year, will result in a further delegation of business responsibilities.
