VANCOUVER -- It wasn't supposed to be this easy for Mountain View.
Not against Kentridge.
Not against the undefeated and third-ranked Chargers.
But Mountain View made it look easy last night at McKenzie Stadium in the Class 4A state football quarterfinals.
When the game ended, the Thunder was celebrating a 40-14 victory and a second consecutive trip to the state's final four.
The Chargers blitzed Mountain View quarterback Ben Huebschman all night long, and he made them pay.
The senior quarterback completed 23 of 27 passes for 272 yards and five touchdowns.
