WASHINGTON -- The American Diabetes Association pledged its support today for the goals, messages and activities of a new campaign entitled "Small Steps. Big Rewards. Prevent Type 2 Diabetes." announced by US Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Tommy G. Thompson, and James Gavin, MD, Chair of the National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP).
