CHICAGO -- The Appraisal Institute remains steadfast in its goal to provide a strong and consistent voice for real estate valuation professionals throughout the industry. In line with that objective, Appraisal Institute President Thomas A. Motta, MAI, SRA, has introduced the new leadership team for 2003: Alan E. Hummel, SRA, president for 2003; Gary P. Taylor, MAI, SRA, president-elect; and Bruce Kellogg, MAI, vice president for 2003. The officers were introduced during the fall meeting of the Appraisal Institute's Board of Directors, held in Chicago on November 10-12, 2002.
