The Keynote Speakers at the World Congress & Exposition on Disabilities, that recently took place on October 3-5, offered attendees inspiring words, practical advice and hope for the future. Each keynote speaker addressed a room of over 1,000 people. The 3rd Annual WCD took place at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
Opening the keynote series was Robert H. Pasternack, of the U.S. Department of Education, on Thursday, October 3rd at 10:00 a.m. Dr. Pasternack is the Assistant Secretary for Special Education and Rehabilitative Services and serves as principal advisor to the U.S. Secretary of Education on these matters.
