STATE EMPLOYEES TO DEMAND UNIVERSAL HEALTH INSURANCE

ON "HEALTH CARE ACTION DAY"

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- "OCSEA members around the state will take action to protest rising health care costs and to call for universal health care in Ohio on Health Care Action Day, Oct. 3," announced Ronald C. Alexander, president of OCSEA Local 11 AFSCME which represents 37,000 state workers.

The actions by the members of the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association are part of Health Care Action Day, a national day of protest on health care called by Jobs With Justice, a multi-union coalition.
