WaterVoice today published the second in its series of briefing notes on the 2004 Price Review, outlining its role in and summarising the results of a recent research project involving more than 2,000 water and sewerage customers.
WaterVoice jointly commissioned the research by MORI with Ofwat, DEFRA, the Welsh Assembly Government, Water UK, the Environment Agency, Drinking Water Inspectorate, English Nature and Wildlife & Countryside Link.
