TOKYO, Nov 27 Asia Pulse - Toppan Printing Co. (TSE:7911), digital authentication service provider VeriSign Japan KK and Soliton Systems KK have jointly developed what is said to be the world's first electronic PKI (public key infrastructure) authentication system to employ non-contact smart cards.
