DITZINGEN and MUNICH, Germany -- EOS at EuroMold 2002 in Hall 8.0, Stand F 70 -- TRUMPF, the world-leading manufacturer of industrial lasers and laser systems, and EOS, world leader in laser-sintering and leading European manufacturer of systems for rapid prototyping and manufacturing, have signed a cooperation agreement based on their cross license agreement for Direct Metal Laser-Melting. The aim of the cooperation is to develop a perfected production system specially for Direct Metal Laser-Melting, based on a secure patent position and using the combined know-how of the partners.
