CLEVELAND, Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The Greater Cleveland Chapter of the American Red Cross announces the opening of the American Red Cross Holocaust and War Victims Tracing and Information Center, following the receipt by the International Committe of the Red Cross (ICRC) of newly released documentation of 400,000 names of people who died or were interned in concentration and forced labor camps under the Third Reich.
