Before I introduce Dwight Clark, vice president of the Maintenance Functional Group, I have a few comments about the 2002 Conference & Exposition in Washington, D.C. Anyone who attended the Conference I'm sure will agree that it was a huge success. Attendance surpassed last year's Chicago Conference both at the technical conference and the spouse program. The accommodations at the hotel were excellent and the Exposition was also a success. Many thanks go to John Leeper, the conference chairman, to our Executive Director Chuck Emely and his able staff and, of course, our exhibitors.
