Girl power: a new U.S.-Australian partnership has set its sights on females between the ages of 15 and 29.(Goldmark)

Young women between the ages of teenybopper and thirty-something are getting a new jewelry store just for them. The store, Goldmark, is the result of a partnership between fashion retailer Limited Too of New Albany, Ohio, and jeweler Angus & Coote of Sydney, Australia. At press time, four Goldmark stores were scheduled to open on the East Coast in October or November.

The Goldmark stores will target the same customers as Zale Corp.'s Piercing Pagoda, which has more than 850 mall-based kiosks selling 10k and 14k gold and sterling silver jewelry at average prices of less than $100.
