NEW YORK, Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The downward trend of hospital bond ratings was not changed for the third quarter of 1990 as Moody's lowered 13 hospital revenue bond ratings compared to only five upgrades. With these third quarter results, Moody's announced today, it has downgraded 31 hospital bond ratings and upgraded 12 for the first three quarters of this year.
