GOV. CASEY ANNOUNCES FOUR MAJOR BEAVER COUNTY PROJECTS;
$11.55 MILLION INVESTMENT WILL GENERATE 850 NEW JOBS
HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Gov. Robert P. Casey today announced plans to invest nearly $11.55 million in four major economic development projects in Beaver County that will "continue the economic comeback of this area" and create 850 new jobs.
The governor said that he will ask the General Assembly later this fall to approve $4 million in Sunny Day funding to help finance one of the projects.
