THE Belfast Agreement cannot effectively operate without the sustained consent of the unionist electorate in Northern Ireland.
The unionist support required to implement and operate the Belfast Agreement does not now exist.
Unionists are simply not prepared to tolerate the participation of the representatives of an intact and operational IRA/Sinn Fein terror machine in the government and policing of Northern Ireland.
