The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, managing director, has arranged the leasing of Searle's seventh location in Manhattan, the 10,000-SF duplex store at 156 Fifth Ave., which was formerly Country Road, between 20th and 21st Streets in the Fashionable Flatiron District. It is a long term lease. The Garrick-Aug team represented both the tenant and the landlord.
"We're so happy to be working again with Searle," says Consolo, "especially upon their return to Fifth Avenue, this time in the Flatiron District.
This area is fast returning to its former identity as an exciting shopping destination as it was 100 years ago ...
