The wildly successful Green Bean Casserole continues to sprout variations, including the less-than-tantalizing crunchy green bean and fish fillet casserole promoted by the Gorton's fish folks.
The people at French's Food, the makers of French's Original French Fried Onions (the fried onions that top the original recipe), recently offered these six alternatives: tomato alfredo green bean casserole; Swiss-style green bean casserole; pepper Jack green bean casserole; Cheddar salsa green bean casserole; creamy pesto green bean casserole; and almondine green bean casserole.
