Former Thomson Holiday brand Holiday Cottages Group is overhauling its three million-strong customer database to boost its tailored communications through enhanced modelling and analysis.

The company, now owned by Cendant Corporation, has 9,000 properties and more than a dozen different website offerings.

The plan is to make its customer data easier to analyse, and migrate it with online information in an effort to achieve a major uplift in bookings.
