Nov. 24--ELMORE, Ala.-- Mike Owens, the pickup-driving high school graduate who is the plant manager of Elmore's multimillion-dollar fiberglass components manufacturing plant, breaks the mold for plant managers.
Owens, a Luverne native, is the top man at Arrowhead Composites Thermoplastics which is in Elmore and owned by Arrowhead Plastic Engineering Inc.
