The New York Times Company announced today that Susan J. DeLuca, director of organization and executive development, has been named vice president, human resources for the Company's Regional Newspaper Group effective January 8. The announcement was made by P. Steven Ainsley, president and chief operating officer of the Regional Newspaper Group, to whom she will report.
