Parma, Italy - Today Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) voted massively in support of Parma ham producers slicing and packaging in the area of production in an effort to further protect consumers against fraudulent food products. It is hoped that this will lead to renewed guarantees for the consumer on the quality and origin of pre-sliced Parma ham.
