Re: Why your people should eschew the dregs of one of the most rotten winter climates imaginable and come to us for the January/February solar cure.
(Okay. So Laguna Mayor Wayne Baglin didn't quite put it that way -- we did. But he did respond in the following manner when we asked him why Seattleites should visit his city in winter.)
