The number of students at Cicero-North Syracuse High to make the high honor, honor and merit rolls is up nearly 13 percent this year compared to three***years ago.
North Syracuse school officials on Monday reported that 863 C-NS students made the high honor roll, honor roll or merit roll in the first quarter of the 2002-2003 school year.
That compares to 765 students who accomplished the feat during the same period in the 1999-2000 school year.
Students must maintain a grade average between 94.5 to 100 to qualify for high honors; 89.5 to 94.4 to qualify for honors; and 84.5 to 89.4 for merit.
