DALLAS, Oct. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Amtech Corp. (NASDAQ: AMTC) announced today that it had agreed with Siemens AG and Alcatel N.V. through subsidiaries to work together on systems to identify and locate moving vehicles, with emphasis on railway applications.
