NYNEX WINS LONDON UNDERGROUND PROJECTS
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- NYNEX Information Solutions Group, through its London-based subsidiary The BIS Group, was awarded a $500,000 contract to provide London Underground -- one of the world's largest urban railways -- with a framework for developing new computer systems.
"What we're giving London Underground is a data model that will outline the types of data required to support business operations in the future," said Gordon Mackenzie, account executive, BIS Applied Systems.
