Sage Research, Inc., a full-service market research firm, today announced the results of the November 2002 Service Provider Confidence Index (SPCI). In the new report, service providers' industry expectations jump 15% for the second consecutive survey. Meanwhile, the Current Conditions Index continues its descent, falling 6% from the September SPCI.
