GANNETT OUTDOOR APPOINTS VICE PRESIDENT-PERSONNEL
NEW YORK, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Melvin B. Williams has been appointed vice president/personnel for Gannett Outdoor and will join the company's division staff in New York City October 29.
