This is a story of two little reindeer, and how they found each other here in the frozen north.
These little reindeer are named Anjali Beck, 8, and Aneysha Cupp, 7, and if you head over to the McFarland Community Ice Arena Saturday you can see them skate hand-in-hand in a duet called "Santa's Little Reindeer."
What's remarkable isn't just that they're mastering one-foot twirls. It's that they each began life a world away, in a land of tropical heat and curry, with few ice rinks and fewer reindeer. Both were born near Delhi, India, where they'd be more likely to celebrate Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights, than Christmas ...
