On Oct. 24, police arrested two men they believe to be the Beltway snipers of Washington. At least one of them, John Allen Muhammad, is a Muslim. For now, authorities are not commenting on published reports that Muhammad and his juvenile accomplice, John Lee Malvo, were connected to jihadist terrorist organizations.
