Nov. 11--The Orange County Register wins four Lowell Thomas Awards for travel journalism, including best section in its category The Orange County Register
The Orange County Register won the Gold Award for Best Newspaper Travel Section in its circulation category at the 2002 Lowell Thomas Travel Awards, the nation's top travel journalism competition.
The Register Travel section has won the Gold Award for Best Section four times in the past seven years.
