Nov. 18--Cambodia's drive to join the World Trade Organisation (WTO) has entered its final phase after a meeting in Geneva.
The WTO Accession Working Party and Phnom Penh said on Thursday that they aimed to complete membership arrangements before the WTO Ministerial Conference in Mexico in September.
That could make Cambodia the first least-developed country to join the WTO, which was formed in 1995.
