Beggs wheat farmer Steve Kouplen recently returned from a weeklong trade mission to Cuba, capped by a five-hour dinner meeting with Fidel Castro.
The Cuban leader, clad in trademark camouflage military fatigues, said through an interpreter that he would like to buy as much as 80 percent of the island nation's food from the United States.
