Stainless steel produced in Zhejiang Province accounts for 40% of national total
Shanghai. December 11. INTERFAX-CHINA - Eastern China's Zhejiang Province has become one of China's three largest stainless steel production bases with its raw stainless steel and steel product output accounting for 35% and 40% of the national total, respectively, according to information Interfax obtained from the Economic and Trade Commission of the Zhejiang provincial government.
Currently more than 300 companies undertake stainless steel smelting and processing in Zhejiang, with an aggregate annual smelting capacity of 650,000 tons and a cold-rolling capacity of 750,000 ...
