Leaders of smaller UK manufacturing companies should take a serious look at their managerial style.
Successful owner-managers can free themselves to give more time and energy to running their companies, according to the Manufacturing Foundation, an independent voice for manufacturing in the West Midlands.
The advice comes after the publication of a new study by the West Midlands think tank, applauding the way successful owner-managers behave.
