HARD work, determination and the ability to tackle tough, physically demanding jobs has been the key to success for Cynthia Stickland, enabling her to launch her own business.
Cynthia was joined by her husband Mark and in just four years they have built up a thriving family-run contract cleaning service in North Wales, now employing a permanent task force of 13 plus seasonal extras.
At first, they targeted the domestic market, but as their reputation grew, they branched out to offices, hotels, leisure centres, as well as maintenance of holiday properties and a laundry hire service.
