NEW YORK -- The Charles B. Wang Community Health Center today announced the opening of its new Pediatric Unit which will provide greatly needed health care to the children of the city's growing Asian American population. The expansion of its Flushing medical facility, located at 136-26 37th Avenue, will enable the Health Center to accommodate more than 100,000 patient visits a year at its three NYC locations.
The new Pediatric Unit adds 5,000 square feet of clinical space with 9 new examination rooms to the Queens facility. The space is designed to provide an attractive and welcoming environment for children who will be served by the Center's expanded ...
