If you're traveling to a WSU or UW football game, a buckled seat belt could help your school win.

There's really a simple explanation. At the UW and WSU Nov. 10 home games, the Washington Traffic Safety Commission (WTSC) will conduct seat belt use surveys in selected parking lots and/or streets near each stadium. The school with the highest percentage of belt use in this sample of game attendees will be the winner of the "Cougar-Husky Seat Belt Challenge." Tentative ...
