PHILADELPHIA -- As part of the overall project to cleanup and restore the former Defense Supply Center Philadelphia property to environmentally acceptable conditions, a health risk assessment was performed. This effort involved the study of possible current and future human health risks due to the petroleum plume under the former DSCP South Philadelphia site. The health risk assessment, which took several years to complete, is now a finished document, and can be reviewed by interested members of the public.
