Dec. 12--The Hotel Hershey has a new executive chef who brings with him a wealth of international culinary experience. Chef George Fistrovich's background includes stints at resorts in Beijing, China, as well as restaurants in England, the Bahamas, Singapore, Switzerland and Australia. His stateside efforts include work at New York's Tavern on the Green. "I hope to harvest well known Central Pennsylvania offerings -- from great local dishes to saffron, veal, fresh local vegetables, cheese and other dairy, and of course chocolate," says the chef.
