NEW ORLEANS _ The New Orleans Saints knew what was coming. The Saints' defense knew what was needed to avoid disaster.
Keep Randy Moss from making a play in the end zone. Make someone else from the Minnesota Vikings beat you.
Uh, well, OK. The Saints still had another shot.
Moss made a 13-yard touchdown catch with five seconds left in Sunday's NFL game in the Louisiana Superdome, and the Vikings had lost 17 consecutive road games. First-year Minnesota coach Mike Tice was going for the win. That meant a two-point conversion attempt.
"We knew what (the play) was going to be," Tice said.
