ALIAS BUYS FULL COLOR COMPUTING PRODUCT LINE
TORONTO, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Alias Research Inc. (NASDAQ: ADDDF) today announced the signing of an agreement to purchase the product line of Full Color Computing Inc. of Ridgefield, Conn. The purchase price will be satisfied partly by the payment of US$750,000 in cash and partly by the issuance of 200,000 Alias common shares at current market value. The acquisition is expected to be completed Nov. 2, 1990, subject to certain conditions.
