Shanghai. December 16. INTERFAX-CHINA - In a response to rapid industrialization and the demands of the West-East Power Transmission Project, the southwestern Chinese province of Yunnan is planning to "put on the brakes" in its electricity generation sector, according to a report in Yunnan Ribao.
