A recent groundbreaking ceremony marked the beginning of the development of King George's Park, a 27-hole world-class golf course and residential development by Bruno's Contracting in Thunder Bay. The course will feature three nine-hole courses and room for 300 dwellings on 5,000 acres of land next to the Kaministiquia River with the Nor'Wester mountains in view.
Developer Silvio DiGregorio says the golf course will create a tourist attraction for the area and encourage people to move back to the city.
