Dec. 17--As Roger Brown walks amid vast displays of crockery and commercial cookware at Salt Lake City's Bintz Restaurant Supply Co., profit and loss statements and balance sheet items are, finally, far from his mind.
Instead, the former managing partner of Grant Thornton's Utah accounting office talks about his plans to expand the restaurant supply business he acquired with partners Troy Hanson and Brad Garner five months ago.
