Ex-cinema manager Moore, dubbed the Man In Black, was given four life sentences in 1996 after one of the most notorious killing sprees ever known.

But even though the trial judge recommended he should never be set free, a recent ruling means Moore - along with 22 of the most dangerous men and women who ever lived like Rose West and Ian Brady - could yet enjoy freedom.
