Private equity investors with holdings in the chemicals sector will need to find imaginative solutions if they are to exit their investments on satisfactory terms in a market of low valuations.
With investment by private equity in the chemicals sector continuing to grow. chemical industry specialists at international business advisory firm KPMG are highlighting the increasing problems for private equity investors in the search for exit valuations.
