Connecticut Giving Expected to Total More Than $1.5 Million in 2002
The Aetna Foundation today announced 46 grants in Central Connecticut through the Foundation's holiday grants program. This includes 33 grants in the Hartford area and another 13 grants in Middlesex County. This year's giving will total $100,000 and is targeted at a variety of community-based organizations. This year marks the 14th consecutive year of holiday giving by the Aetna Foundation, which has contributed $1.4 million in holiday grants since the program began.
