COUNTRIES need help to develop, and aid, whether it is for humanitarian, diplomatic, or defensive purposes, has helped to improve lives and is slowly getting at the root of underdevelopment. This insight is reversing otherwise negative perceptions and has contributed to building more enduring world peace and improving the way countries are governed.
