In an industry filled with generous people always looking for a way to give back, there's never been a better time to do so than as the holiday season swings into high gear. The American Institute of Philanthropy (AIP) ranks charities based on their financial performance, or how efficiently they spend the money raise. The following seven children's charities all received grades of "A+" or "A" from the AIP.
